Dabei werde ich zunächst die vier Seiten der Kommunikation aufzählen. Danach möchte ich die unterschiedlichen Seiten einer Botschaft aus Sicht des Empfängers und des Senders einer Nachricht an einem Beispiel erklären. Die Theorie stellt Missverständnisse dar, die zwischen Kommunikationspartnern entstehen. Diese Missverständnisse und mögliche Lösungen möchte ich im zweiten Teil des Kapitels verdeutlichen. Anschließend werde ich, mit dem Kapitel 3.3 darstellen, welche Schlussfolgerungen sich für die Arbeit mit dem Klienten ziehen lassen. Dies soll aufzeigen das Kommunikationsfähigkeit essenziell für den Umgang mit den Klienten ist.
